Processing & Dispatch Times
Most in stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
For custom, made-to-order, or bulky items, dispatch times may vary — our team will advise regarding lead times for these products.
Freight & Shipping Costs
Due to the nature, size, and weight of our product range, all orders require a freight quote.
Freight is calculated at the time of order and will be confirmed with you before dispatch.
This ensures you receive the most accurate and cost-effective transport option for your location and the items purchased.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times will depend on the carrier, delivery address, and the type of freight required. As a general guide:

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been collected by the transport company (where available).
Delivery Requirements

Re-delivery or futile delivery attempts may incur additional fees charged by the freight carrier.

Some items require a forklift for safe unloading; if you do not have unloading equipment available, please let us know prior to placing your order so we can arrange the correct service.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
MH Direct currently ships within Australia only.
For bulk or wholesale export requirements, please get in touch — in some cases we can arrange international freight depending on the product and destination.
