Processing & Delivery Times

Order processing: 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Standard delivery: 1–5 business days for metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide). Regional and remote areas may take 5–10 business days depending on location and carrier availability.

Bulky or oversized items: Products such as pallet bins, IBCs, and large pallet orders may ship via dedicated freight and delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order.
